This style of pool is probably one of the most exciting, because unless you're really out of it, you're never really out of it. The extreme swings possible in point totals make it possible for 130+ point weeks if you can nail your picks.
The word confidence says it all. We all know when we look at the picksheet there are always a handful of games that we say, "well those are a gimme" and then there are some games where we say, "that games a coin flip".
So what you have with NFL Confidence is the ability to rank your games from 1 to 16 (less in bye weeks) based on your level of confidence. If you are correct, the number of points you placed on the game is the points you will receive when you are correct.

In the picksheet here you can see how each game has a different value beside it. When your players are filling out the picksheet, after they pick the team, they have the opportunity to place their confidence value on the game. If the confidence value has already been taken, it won't be in the list of the confidence pop-up. Once all the values are used up, the player should be just about ready to submit.

Each game will affect the point total based on whether it is a correct pick or not, and how many points were risked. We're not showing the whole screen here, but enough to let you see how the points for each game are tallied up.
Use the Spread?
Want to make things even more interesting? You can even use the spread with your confidence game, and make things even more challenging.
To add the Confidence game to your pool you actually have a few ways you can do it. You can add a pool event to your NFL Events, and set your options from there, or if you want the game to be broken out completely, you can add the entire NFL Confidence game. One thing to note, if you do it the second way, some of the other options may be a bit more limited. You may need to experiment to see which way you like best. SPECIAL NOTE, players picks made in one pool event do not automatically transfer to another pool event just because the concept is similar, has the same name, or even the same options. Each players picks are tied to the event they are in, and are not transferrable from one to the other.
