Sometimes you may have a pool where some players play pickem, and some survivor, and then again, some will play both. So, the question is, how do you control it so that the player does not play in a game he has no access rights to?
We have exapanded our game controls quite since 2011, and it has become what we call "event" control. This allows you to create an event, and then specify exactly how you want access to that event to be controled.
In my example, I am going to create a SURVIVOR pool that players must be marked paid in order to play. This means, if they are not marked paid, they are not getting in. So here in my example, I will enable the "Pay-to-Play" option. And I have put in a price of 200. I have left the access code blank, since if people are not marked as paid, then they won't be getting in anyway.

Record Payment
Then I go into my player list, and edit the player I want to record a payment for. I select the Game I wish to log the payment for, and then move on to recording the payment.

I click on the survivor pool I wish to apply payment to, and put in the date and payment amount.
What if someone doesn't pay?
If you have enabled all the options like I have, and someone tries to get into the picksheet now, they will see this image.

What if someone is a good buddy of mine, and I want to let him play, even if he hasn't paid?
You can log his payment as $0.00 and it will let him play, but still show up on the payment report like this:

Notice how the one players payment shows, but the first one only shows a payment of $0. This is because I logged a payment just to let him in, but if I am watching my account report properly, he won't show as paid unless I mark him fully paid.
Now you can use this logic and apply it to any game, not just Survivor.
