This is a brand new concept for 2011 it's a sure hit with restaurants and bars. The concept is simple. You have people coming into your establishment that you would like to encourage to play in your football pool, so you give them a website address, or link to go enter their picks, however, after the 5th pint, and 4th plate of hot-wings the last thing they remember to do is get online and enter picks.
So we have created a process for you to let players play as a "drop in" meaning they can fill out your picksheet right there in the restaurant, and hand it in.

The players access will be setup just like the rest of the players, however with one twist. This player will be labelled a drop in player, and will only be eligible for one week. After the Monday passes, his password will be reset, and should he wish to re-enter, he will need to visit the pub, bar, or restaurant again to get a new code, or to ask you for re-entry.
Requirements & Setup:1. You need to setup a drop in code (like the pool access code) This is done in your "PLAYERS" tab in your pool manager. It is recommended that if you will be using a drop in code, you also implement an access code as well. It is not mandatory, but without it, your drop in players will just register week after week without any control on your part.

2. Add some drop-in content so your sheet will be personalized with your information.
Go to ACCOUNT and CONTENT and if you have entered a drop in code, then this will be in your list to edit. Once you have edited the content, and saved it, the information you have provided will be automatically included in the dropin picksheet.
As with almost all of our content insertion points, you can input HTML, and use images, and other HTML to spice up your dropin sheet.

3. To print your drop in sheets, go to the NFL tab, then PICKS and select any player. We placed this here becuase this area allows quick selection of future weeks if you should want to plan ahead, and pick future weeks to print.
We have made it so it should print portrait style, with enough room to provide the player with a tearoff bottom.
To make sure the logos print, make sure your background color printing is not turned off.
4. When you enter these players, the option for you to register them as a drop in player, or regular player is up to you. IF you want to register them as a regular player, of course you just don't put in the drop in code, and register them normally.
The use of the drop-in feature will result in a small premium. You will see the charge in your account summary when you enable the drop in code, and get started.
